Job descriptionGreet HALCON employees and guests in a friendly and professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel. Preparation of employee orientation and onboarding documents. Document filing, retention, and shredding assistance. Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities. Collect data and report on various company metrics. Support and direct internal and external inquiries and requests. Provides administrative support to the Human Resources department as needed. Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Six Months of Human Resources experience preferred. Monday-Friday 7 : 30AM-4 : 00PM Salary Range : The starting range for this position is $19.00 to $23.00 per hour.

- We are currently seeking a full-time Human Resources Assistant / Receptionist to join our growing company.
