Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled Bridge Wire Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for precision welding of small components using resistance welding techniques, ensuring high-quality and reliable welds in accordance with industry and company standards. This position requires attention to detail, steady hands, and experience working with fine materials and micro-welding equipment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform micro resistance welding on small components, including metals such as stainless steel, nickel, and copper.
• Set up and operate micro-welding equipment, including resistance spot and seam welding machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy in welding processes.
• Inspect welded parts to ensure quality and adherence to specifications using magnification tools, microscopes, or precision measuring instruments.
• Adjust welding parameters such as current, pressure, and time to optimize weld quality.
• Maintain and calibrate welding equipment to ensure consistent performance.
• Work under a microscope or magnification when needed for intricate welding tasks.
• Follow safety procedures and industry regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate records of welding parameters, inspections, and quality checks.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve welding defects.
