Job Position : Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) School-Based Location : Romeoville, IL Pay Rate : Starting at $45.00 / hr Shift : Monday-Friday, 8 : 30am -3 : 40pm Description : Birch Agency is currently hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work within school settings near Romeoville, Illinois for the 20252026 school year. This is a district-wide position supporting students and staff across multiple schools. The BCBA will provide behavior consultation, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, and collaborate with school teams to support student success.
