About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Profession : RN

Shift : 12-hour nights

Hours per Shift : 36 hours per week

Experience : Basic Medical and / or Surgical experience required. No minimum experience required.

License : Current RN license required.

Certifications : BLS certification required.

Must-Have : EPIC experience preferred.

Description :

General job duties include assessments, care plans, medication administration, activities of daily living, charting, and patient education.

The unit utilizes computerized charting and medication systems through EPIC.

The shift runs from 6 : 00 PM to 6 : 30 AM with a requirement to work every third weekend.

Staff will not work alone and are expected to work three 12-hour shifts per week.

The nurse-to-patient ratio in this unit is 1 to 5.69.

The dress code is Caribbean Blue.

Orientation includes a check-in as part of standard training if not recently employed within the system.
