Job Responsibilities :

• Provide anesthesia services across all patient populations from infants to geriatrics.
• Coordinate peri-operative patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Participate in a short-staffed coverage role, with a start date as soon as possible.
• Work in a Trauma Level II Facility.
• Deliver care through a mix of 8, 10, and 12-hour day shifts with chances to transition to longer shifts as desired.
• Handle minimal call duty while enjoying a high degree of autonomy.
• Engage in moderate physical activity, including handling objects weighing up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Adhere to extensive safety precautions in potentially hazardous work environments.
• Utilize the EPIC EMR system for record-keeping and patient management.
• Apply problem-solving skills and effective communication to patient care.
• Encourage applications from experienced CRNAs, new graduates, and CRNA students in their final year.
