Job Opportunity : Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Job Responsibilities :
- Provide anesthesia services across all patient populations from infants to geriatrics.
- Coordinate peri-operative patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Participate in a short-staffed coverage role, with a start date as soon as possible.
- Work in a Trauma Level II Facility.
- Deliver care through a mix of 8, 10, and 12-hour day shifts with chances to transition to longer shifts as desired.
- Handle minimal call duty while enjoying a high degree of autonomy.
- Engage in moderate physical activity, including handling objects weighing up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods.
- Adhere to extensive safety precautions in potentially hazardous work environments.
- Utilize the EPIC EMR system for record-keeping and patient management.
- Apply problem-solving skills and effective communication to patient care.
- Encourage applications from experienced CRNAs, new graduates, and CRNA students in their final year.
Qualifications :
Board Certified by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA).Completion of an Accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program.Active Michigan nursing license and specialty license (or willingness to obtain).Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or willingness to obtain).Clean malpractice / license history.Willingness to provide documentation for J1 or H1B visa support, if applicable.Up-to-date COVID and flu vaccinations (or willingness to obtain).License and Certification Requirements :
