orm Tool Technology, Inc. has an opening for a CNC Precision Tool Cutter-Grinder.

Job Description :

Operate and maintain a state of the art ultra precision grinding cell producing parts to micro-tolerances

Qualifications :

• High School diploma or General education degree (GED)
• 6+ months industry related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience including but not limited to Tool Grinding, Machining, Computer Science or Design
• Hardware and software experience is preferred
• Must be comfortable navigating any Windows based computer program
• Must be able to communicate effectively with supervisor and co-workers
• Strong geometry knowledge is foundational. Must also be able to convert metric to inch and do decimal to fraction conversions and must be impeccable with decimal placement
• Must have a strong analytical trouble shooting ability
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
• Good work ethics, attendance, transportation, hygiene and teamwork
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as product blueprints, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and policy and procedure manuals
