Role Description

This is a full-time, on-premise role for a Strategic Sales Manager : Super-Premium Wines & Whiskies at Craft Wine Spirits & Beers, LLC.

The position is based in Lancaster, PA, with remote work throughout a five county Central PA region. The Strategic Sales Manager will be responsible for the in-field sales, marketing, and programming of Waltz Vineyards and Stoll & Wolfe Distillery.

Through your creativity with channel-wide path-to-purchase and experiential engagement and your industry standard KPIs, you will create and deliver sales presentations, manage and grow accounts, generate leads, negotiate 4-season contracts, and continuously promote, program, and support our clients leading to reorders. The role involves engaging with clients, developing and maintaining business relationships, and identifying new market opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Skills in creating and delivering Wine, Spirits and / or Beer Sales Presentations.
  • Experience in Account Management and Sales follow through.
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and Contract Negotiation.
  • Strong path to purchase and community involvement programming abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Non-college graduates are encouraged to apply using your successful in-field sales success experience.
  • Previous Sales experience in the wine, spirits and / or beer industry is a must.
  • Your ability to work occasional nights and weekends as needed to advance sales, awareness, and programming activities.
