Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on packaging machines. This position is initially offered as a 6-month contract with potential for permanent hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on packaging machines.
• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, including manual machines.
• Work with various packaging machines such as Mespacks, Protopacks, Volpaks, and Allpacks.
• Ensure the efficient operation of 42 packaging machines, with particular attention to the 4 machines that operate 24 / 7.
• Conduct electrical and mechanical repairs as needed.

Work Environment

Work in a clean, organized warehouse environment with portions of the facility climate-controlled. While no manufacturing is done on-site, the facility focuses on receiving products in bulk and packaging them individually.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Dallas, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00 / yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Carrollton,TX.
