Property Maintenance Technician – Residential / Commercial Properties in the Yuba-Sutter Area

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician for a well-established property management company in the Yuba-Sutter area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to property care. Prior maintenance experience is preferred, but not required, as training may be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities :

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry.
• Address and resolve tenant maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Conduct property inspections to ensure safety, functionality, and appearance.
• Repair or replace defective fixtures, appliances, or equipment as needed.
• Maintain grounds, including landscaping, trash removal, and cleaning of common areas.
• Work with vendors and contractors on larger repair or improvement projects.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and supplies used.
