Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) / CFY - $50-$60 / hr, Based on Experience

Location : Northern Dauphin Nursing and Rehab - Millersburg, PA

Schedule : Full-Time

Revital Rehab Services is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) / CFY to provide full-time care at Northern Dauphin Nursing and Rehab, a skilled nursing facility in Millersburg, PA. As a valued member of the Revital team, you'll help residents improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function—enhancing their independence and quality of life in a supportive, team-driven environment.

Your Role :

Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Deliver targeted, evidence-based interventions with measurable outcomes

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and facility staff to promote skill retention and carryover

Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with Revital standards

Qualifications :

Licensed SLP in Pennsylvania

Master's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program

CCC-SLP preferred (strong CF candidates considered)

BLS certification required
