Location : Hybrid Nutley, NJ Relocation is considered Candidates must be onsite day one and go into the office three times a week.

• We need A very senior (12 15+ years) SAP application development lead or Senior Director with extensive experience working with SAP S4 Fashion and Retail Modules. Candidates will Ensure smooth integration between SAP S4 Fashion / Retail and BTP Integration Suite as well as develop and maintain best practices for code quality, security, and performance optimization. Candidates will ensure adherence to SAP Clean Core principles throughout the development lifecycle, including scoping, approach, development, testing, and deployment and represent the Application Development perspective within the Design Authority, ensuring alignment with functional and business teams. THE CLIENT WILL CONSIDER RELOCATION (NO ASSISTANCE OFFERED) FOR CANDIDATES WHO CAN START DAY ONE BUT LOCAL CANDIDATES ARE PREFERRED.

Next Generation Transformation (NGT) initiative, we are replacing our core operating systems (SAP, Island Pacific, and Microsoft D365) with a unified Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution. This transformation will standardize business operations across Planning, Sourcing and Buying, Retail and Wholesale, Logistics and Distribution, and Finance.

The ERP+ Application Development Sr. Director will be responsible for leading all aspects of application development within the ERP implementation. This role will ensure high-quality development processes, maintain SAP Clean Core principles, and drive seamless integration across the business functions

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Many years of SAP Application Development experience, with years in an application development leadership role.

Proven expertise in SAP S4 Fashion / Retail and BTP Integration Suite.

Hands-on experience leading application development efforts for large-scale ERP implementations.

Strong knowledge of SAP development methodologies, WRICEF, and transport management.

Expertise in SAP Clean Core principles and modern application development frameworks.

Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Experience working in a global environment with multi-region ERP rollouts.

Willingness to travel as required to support the global implementation.
