The PPL Change Center Of Excellence empowers enterprise-wide transformation by placing people at the heart of change, seamlessly integrating outcomes and agile delivery to drive continuous, scalable, and sustainable impact. As a Change Center Of Excellence (CCoE) intern in PPL's IT organization, you'll get hands-on experience learning how large-scale organizational change happens - especially how people, communication, and agile delivery come together to make it work. You'll support the team by helping with operations, creating communications, improving processes, and contributing to real change strategies that impact the entire company. It's a great opportunity to build skills in change management while being part of a collaborative, people-focused team.
Responsibilities
Help roll out change strategies that make transitions smoother across the company. Support daily team operations, organize documentation, and suggest process improvements. Assist with building change plans and keeping teams informed and engaged. Create and share clear, engaging content using PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and email. Help identify training needs and develop materials like job aids, portal content, and guides. Use Excel and Word to collect and organize data that tracks adoption and supports decision-making. Refine templates and presentations used across change initiatives. Join team meetings to share updates, give input, and collaborate on solutions.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications : Available part-time during the Spring 2026 semester (JanuaryMay) and full-time during summer and academic breaks. Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Communications, Industrial / Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Minimum GPA of 3.0. Preferred Qualifications : Strong interest in organizational change, project management, or digital transformation.
Remote Work : The company reserves the right to determine if this position will be assigned to work on-site, remotely, or a combination of both. Assigned work location may change. In the case of remote work, physical presence in the office / on-site may be required to engage in face-to-face interaction and coordination of work among direct reports and co-workers.
