About The Position

Location : Burlington, Massachusetts, USA Specialty : PCU Type : Travel Schedule : 3x12s Day / Night shift Time : 13 Weeks

Seven Healthcare is seeking a skilled and adaptable Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) assignment in Burlington, Massachusetts offering a weekly total $3,000 . This rotating day / night shift (3x12s) contract offers competitive pay and the chance to work with a collaborative team in a respected medical center.

Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse

Provide intermediate-level care for patients who are too ill for med-surg but not critical enough for ICU

Monitor cardiac rhythms, manage IVs, and administer medications

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans

Educate patients and families on conditions and treatment plans

Ensure accurate documentation in EMR systems

Respond to changes in patient conditions and initiate appropriate interventions

Qualifications of the Travel Nurse

Active RN license in Massachusetts (or compact eligible)

BLS and ACLS certifications required

1+ year of PCU, Telemetry, or Step-Down Unit experience

Ability to work rotating day / night 12-hour shifts

Strong clinical judgment, multitasking, and communication skills
