Job descriptionDay Shift and Evening Shift. 4x12 : 8am - 4pm / 12pm - 8pm. Produces radiographs of various parts of the body. Positions patients under the X-Ray machine and regulates technical factors. Assists radiologists in X-Ray procedures; prepares patients, draws contrast media, mixes barium and maintains daily work log. Develop film by automatic or daylight processing. Mixes barium for contrast exams. Dispose of biomedical waste using CDC and OSHA guidelines; Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of assigned rooms. Maintain adequate room supplies s / respiratory and suction tubing. Current NYS license / registration in Radiologic Technology, Graduate of an approved school for Radiologic Technology. ARRT registered. OR Experience strongly preferred. Fluoroscopy experience strongly preferred. Registered Nurses (RN) Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) Travel Nursing Quality Assurance / Review, Performance Improvement, HEDIS Nursing Leadership Case Management Technologists : Medical, Laboratory, Cardiac, RadTech, X-Ray Therapy : Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy Social Work : LCSW / LMSW, Case Management, Care Coordination Med Support : Medical Assistants, Phlebotomy, Surgical / Sterile Techs Pharmacists and Pharmacy Techs Dental Hygienist, Dental Assistants Practice Management Clinical Operations Administrative Support Reception, Clerical, Call Center Claims Appeals / Denials / Reimbursement Insurance Pre-Authorizations Medical Billing / Coding 401k retirement plan Weekly pay
