Now Hiring : 2nd Shift - Cabinet & Hardware Assemblers (Bilingual Preferred)

Are you experienced in construction or assembly? Can you work with your hands, follow blueprints, and use power tools confidently?

Rodgers Wade is looking for Cabinet / Hardware Assemblers to join our team in Paris, Texas !

Location / Ubicación : Paris, TX

Pay Rate / Salario Inicial : $14–$16 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule / Horario : Monday–Friday | 3pm – 11 : 30PM

Some Saturdays & Overtime as needed / Algunos sábados y horas extras, según sea necesario

What You’ll Do / Lo Que Harás :

  • Ability to use the following tools : router, miter saw, power drill / impact, tape measure
  • Construction or assembly experience
  • Ability to read drawings to construct unit
  • Capacidad para utilizar las siguientes herramientas : fresadora, sierra ingletadora, taladro eléctrico / de impacto, cinta métrica
  • Experiencia en construcción o montaje.
  • Capacidad para leer dibujos para construir la unidad.

    • What We’re Looking For / Requisitos :

  • Experience in construction or assembly work
  • Comfort using tools and working with wood or laminates
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints or shop drawings
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred
