Commercial Strategic Initiatives Manager
As the Commercial Strategic Initiatives Manager, you will play a key role in driving the identification, selection, planning, and execution of strategic initiatives in the US Region. By partnering with the VP of Commercial Planning and Operations and fostering collaboration among related functionsincluding marketing, sales, medical affairs, finance, sales training, and franchisesyou will lead and manage execution of strategic initiatives with effectiveness and efficiency. In this role, you will prioritize and recommend the optimal timing and cadence of commercial initiatives, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy and plans to deliver high-impact results across the region. Responsibilities :
Partner with the VP of Commercial Planning and Operations and cross-functional leaders (e.g., franchises, marketing, sales, finance, medical affairs, sales training) to identify, prioritize, and select strategic initiatives that drive US strategyLead seamless execution of strategic initiatives in US regionProvide regular status updates of strategic initiatives, flagging dependencies and risks where appropriateSupport preparation and execution of other commercial priorities and ad-hoc requests (e.g. ELT requests, board meetings etc.)Track Progress & Provide Status Updates for Strategic Initiatives :
Own the ongoing management of strategic initiatives using project management tools such as SmartsheetContinuously update timelines, milestones, and ownership as priorities evolve, ensuring real-time visibility and accountabilityPrepare progress reports and risk mitigation plans for senior leadershipCoordinate Initiatives :
Act as the central coordination point across adjacent functions to ensure timely and effective execution of strategic initiativesAlign stakeholders, track deliverables, and resolve cross-functional barriers to maintain momentum and drive outcomesFacilitate planning forums and integration checkpoints to ensure transparency and coordinationFoster Cross-Functional Alignment and Execution :
Serve as a liaison across business units and functions to ensure end-to-end coordinationProactively and strategically manage stakeholder relationships and governance processes, serving as a thought partner to drive alignment and impactful executionEducation and Experience :
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree (preferred field of study in business, strategy, marketing, or related field)8+ years of experience in consulting, strategic planning, commercial operations, or program management rolesDemonstrated success managing integrated plans or large-scale programs involving cross-functional stakeholdersPreferred :
Master's degreePrior experience working in healthcare, med tech, pharma, or similarly regulated industriesSkills and Competencies :

Travel requirements : Estimated 10 - 20% business travel as neededNote : This position is eligible for hybrid working arrangements and requires on-site work from an Insulet office at least three (3) days per week.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $107,850.00 - $161,775.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
