Key Responsibilities :

• Float within different acute care settings to deliver outstanding patient care.
• Assess patient conditions regularly, identifying and reporting any changes in status.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to educate patients and their support systems.
• Develop and implement strategies to help patients progress through their care plans.
• Ensure the completion of nursing interventions, medical orders, and related therapies.
• Prioritize duties based on patients' needs and changing acuity levels.
