Warehouse Supervisor

Supervises, plans, coordinates and monitors the day-to-day operations of the warehouse; trains and instructs shops' supervisor and employees in the proper methods, procedures, and safety precautions; ensures that donated items are received, unloaded, sorted, priced, and distributed in a timely and economical manner; monitors productivity level of warehouse operations and allocates staff accordingly; ensures the accountability and security of all warehouse items and equipment; serves as a liaison to the Store Supervisor ensuring the stores receive the needed merchandise; supervises and coordinates auction operations and ensures compliance with auction rules and regulations.

Education and Experience : High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred and two years of progressively responsible experience working in a warehouse or retail establishment with some supervisor experience, or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Certifications : Valid State Driver's License. Forklift Certification preferred.
