Our De Pere location is expanding, and we’re looking for a Trailer Technician / Trailer Mechanic who takes pride in their craft and wants to work in a clean, modern, and supportive environment.

Pay & Benefits

$22–$35 / hr (based on experience & certifications)

Vacation up to 4 weeks – fast accrual

Additional PTO up to 192 hours per year

What You’ll Do

Proven self-starter who thrives in independent work environments

Diagnose and repair brake, air, electrical (lighting, ABS), and suspension systems

Weld and fabricate steel and aluminum trailer components

Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized

Handle on-site service calls independently

Perform DOT and Preventative maintenance inspections on trailers On-Site

Communicate with customers clearly and professionally

What We’re Looking For

Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License (CDL preferred)

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills

Experience with welding, fabrication, or trailer repair preferred

Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform hands-on tasks safely

Dependable, motivated, and committed to quality work
