Assistant Director Of People & Culture
The Four Seasons Resorts L?na'i is looking for an Assistant Director of People & Culture who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. What You'll Do :
The Assistant Director of People & Culture works closely alongside the Director of People & Culture to oversee the day to day running of the People & Culture operation for Four Seasons Resort L?na'i, Sensei L?na'i, and all other Four Seasons L?na'i entities. This role has direct involvement in benefits administration, employee relations, recruitment and retention, employee communications, career development, wage & hour compliance, learning and development, workers' compensation and legal matters related to hotel employees. Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following :
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits and ensure compliance with wage & hour regulations
- Support recruitment, hiring, and retention strategies
- Manage employee relations and foster a positive workplace culture
- Take lead on labor relations and union communications
- Oversee employee communications and career development initiatives
- Coordinate and support learning and development programs
- Handle workers' compensation and employee-related legal matters
- Plan, organize, and participate in employee engagement events and recognition programs
- Collaborate with leadership to align People & Culture strategies with business goals
