Marketing Associate

At BDP Management, we pride ourselves in creating a culture that empowers people to live a healthy lifestyle through our Planet Fitness franchise locations. As we continue to grow we are looking for a marketing associate to join the team. This individual will be responsible for the execution, coordination and reporting to support membership growth

Job Description

Assist with coordination of marketing placements and campaigns with agency partners.

Track budgets and ensure plans align with BDP and Planet Fitness strategy

Provide reporting and analysis on campaign performance, ROI, and recaps

Implement test-and-learn initiatives, interpret results, and recommend adjustments based on data

Support grassroots and hyperlocal marketing efforts (health fairs, in-club promotions, out-of-club activations, etc.)

Manage and grow B2B marketing initiatives and partnerships

Assist in execution of Grand Opening and New Club Marketing plans to drive strong launches

Work closely with a number of departments to ensure strategies align

Additional analytical duties and marketing assistance as assigned

Skills & Qualifications Required

Must have strong analytical (quantitative as well as qualitative) skills

Self-starter with the passion to learn and grow

Strong communication skills and presentation skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required

Marketing experience is preferred

Excellent time management skills
