FNP / Family Physician Assistant

Near Salinas, CA | Full-Time | $176,000–$206,315 annually

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages under established clinical protocols
• Perform health assessments, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions
• Prescribe medications and recommend appropriate treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with supervising physicians for consultation and care coordination
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient visits, progress, and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards
