Key Responsibilities
Handle high volume incoming calls from customers wanting to cancel services and provide solutions to retain them
Utilize sales experience to persuade and upsell customers while addressing their concerns
Maintain knowledge of company policies and services to effectively resolve customer issues and enhance brand loyalty
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
2+ years in a sales role focused on customer retention
2+ years of call center customer service or sales experience
High school diploma, GED, or some college experience
Ability to work in a distraction-free environment with high-speed internet
Attendance adherence is critical during the training program
