The Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) position :

We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to treat patients of all diagnosis with restoring function, increasing joint motion and improving muscle strength through passive / active exercise within their own home environment. The goal of home health care is to help our patients obtain a faster recovery, regain independence, and become as self-sufficient as possible to help prevent rehospitalizations.

We are currently interviewing for Full-Time position based out of our Columbia office. This position will cover Robertson / Sumner counties.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Current, valid, and unencumbered Tennessee OT license
• Current CPR certification, or within 30 days of hire
• Current and valid driver license, transportation, and auto insurance
• One or more years' experience in home health
• Self-motivated and customer service oriented
• Must be able to pass background and drug screening
