This advanced course explores in-depth user experience design concepts and strategies including agile user experience design processes, user research, generative design, conceptual design, emotional design, prototyping, and user experience evaluation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide students proper instruction with content, and utilize textbooks required for this course to achieve programmatic objectives
  • Accurately track and assess student progress and maintain Husson University standards
  • Advise the Academic Director on proposed curricular changes
  • Assist the department in experiential assessments and exercises where appropriate
  • Assist in the research and assessment of industry trends and future technologies concerning curriculum
  • Gather data and preparing detailed documents
  • Represent the School off campus when appropriate
  • Serve on committees, as appropriate
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the administration

Qualifications

  • Education : Masters Degree Required. MFA or Other Terminal Degree Preferred.
  • Experience : At least 1-3 years of work experience in related field.
  • College Level Teaching Experience Preferred.

    • Compensation / Supplemental Information

  • Undergraduate Course : Masters Prepared $933.33 maximum per credit hour
  • Undergraduate Course : Doctoral or Equivalent Prepared $1,016.67 maximum per credit hour
  • Graduate Course : Masters Level Prepared $1,016.67 maximum per credit hour
  • Graduate Course : Doctoral or Equivalent Prepared $1,100.00 maximum per credit hour
  • Rate is dependent upon the number of students enrolled in the course assigned.
  • Lab Sections Undergraduate : Masters Prepared $1,150.00 per credit hour
  • Lab Sections Undergraduate : Doctoral or Equivalent Prepared $1,250.00 per credit hour
