This role goes beyond simple data entry. You'll be responsible for organizing, verifying, and maintaining accurate data across multiple platforms while supporting various administrative needs. Your day-to-day will include handling customer, billing, and project data, auditing for accuracy, and making sure all records are complete and properly categorized. You'll also assist in creating templates, reports, and documentation to help the team stay aligned. Responsibilities :
Manage and enter high volumes of data accurately into internal systems and spreadsheets
Regularly audit data to identify inconsistencies, duplicates, or outdated information
Cross-check multiple sources to ensure all entries are correct before submission
Assist in creating and updating documentation, templates, and basic reports for team leads
Maintain organized cloud-based file systems and track key updates
Respond to internal requests for data verification or clarification
Support occasional onboarding, process checklist updates, or light CRM maintenance
Collaborate with the team to streamline data processes and improve accuracy
Qualifications :
1-3 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or operational coordination
Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with formulas is important
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
Proficient with communication and collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, Notion, and Trello
Able to work independently while meeting recurring deadlines
Clear written communication skills, particularly when summarizing updates or status reports
Reliable home setup with a quiet workspace, laptop or desktop, and stable internet
Preferred Experience :
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Airtable
Knowledge of handling sensitive data or compliance frameworks like HIPAA or PIPEDA
Bilingual skills, particularly French and English, for Canadian applicants
Prior experience working remotely with distributed teams across multiple time zones
