Your Impact & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact, communicating with clients and consumers to support their journey through the healthcare system.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Proven ability to type accurately at a minimum of 40 WPM.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency with PCs and the ability to learn new software systems with ease.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate work.
  • A college degree or previous experience in transaction processing or eligibility determination is a strong asset.

  • Pay Rate : $19.64 per hour
  • Schedule : Full-time, 40 hours per week. Availability for day, evening, and potential weekend shifts or overtime is valued.
  • Location : East Hartford, CT (On-site)

    Responsibilities

  • Consistently display a professional attitude towards employees, Consumers, Access Health, DSS and activities.
  • Process case maintenance transactions and perform all tasks accurately within the procedural guidelines without errors.
  • Evaluate and determine eligibility of Summer EBT program.
  • Communicate with the client through verbal communication.
  • Screen Consumers by entering data into database.
  • Meet performance standards for Quality, as defined in the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) with no errors.
  • Exhibit exemplary customer service internally and externally. Consistently meet or exceed customer’s needs.
  • Maintain a strong understanding and knowledge of the procedures and operating systems used to perform your work.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks, to meet contract processing guidelines.
  • Report to work on time and ready to perform daily responsibilities at the start of your shift.
  • Be relied on to accomplish the best possible results and consistently exhibit a Positive Attitude towards all tasks.
  • Adhere to Project Site Attendance Policy.
