Lab and Process Controller Technician

Career Opportunity!  The Lab and Process Controller Technician performs routine chemical, physical, and biological sampling and analysis of potable water, wastewater, recycled water, groundwater, industrial wastes, sludges, biosolids and environmental samples.  Maintains laboratory instrumentation and calibration of equipment.  Performs proper data reduction, documentation, data entry, and records maintenance.

Duties performed at both the Wastewater and Water Treatment Plants, under the supervision of the Laboratory Supervisor.  Assignments require the application of judgment in accordance with standard operating procedures, policies, and precedented standards.  Work involves weekend and holiday shifts, as well as exposure to all types of weather and process chemicals.
