• Utilize Google Suite tools such as Gmail, Calendar, Docs, and Sheets to manage office tasks and workflows.
• Facilitate light IT troubleshooting for office equipment and systems as necessary.
• Ensure the office environment upholds a high standard of organization and integrity.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to office policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, including Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and Drive.
