A reputable commercial builder in western Iowa seeks a Project Manager to oversee mid-market commercial builds.

The PM will manage all project phases including design coordination, scheduling, financials, and client communication.

Manage budgets, buyout, procurement, and schedule updates.

Coordinate design changes, RFIs, and submittals.

Maintain clear communication with owners and consultants.

Support field teams with logistics and sequencing.

Oversee project close-out and warranty follow-up.

5+ years of commercial project management experience.

Strong background in vertical commercial construction.

Procore proficiency strongly preferred.
