Job description$250k-$300k, depending on experience Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, starting first month after starting employment Excellent Time Off including Provider Advanced Time Off (PATO) and holidays so employees can take a break or care for themselves and their family Salary advance Relocation assistance Short / Long Term Disability, HSA, and Life Insurance Continuing Medical Education and bonus opportunities 401K plan with company matching contribution Company paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP), life insurance, & Disability Call Schedule 1 : 4, supported by hospitalist team 14-22 patients per day depending on new patient and returns 4 day workweek with the day off being determined by patient access needs Rheum infusion center is adjacent to the clinic area Hospital admits and rounding are infrequent MD / DO Board Eligible / Board Certified OR License or pending Bend is the largest city in Central Oregon and serves as the county seat of Deschutes County. It is renowned for its outdoor recreational activities, surrounded by stunning natural landscapes, including the Cascade Mountains, the Deschutes River, and numerous lakes and forests. Outdoor enthusiasts visit Bend year-round for activities such as hiking, biking, skiing, snowboarding, rock climbing, fishing, and kayaking. Downtown Bend features a vibrant and charming downtown area with shops, restaurants, art galleries, and cultural events. The Old Mill District, located along the Deschutes River, is another popular area with shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Bend experiences a semi-arid climate with four distinct seasons. Summers are typically warm and dry, while winters are cold with snowfall, making it a popular destination for winter sports enthusiasts.
