We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team and contribute to financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic analysis. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, the Financial Analyst will assist in preparing reports, analyzing trends, and supporting financial processes. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in finance and is eager to grow their data skills in tools like SQL, Power Query, or Power BI.
Responsibilities
Develop and deliver monthly financial reports and dashboards for executive leadership.Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.Analyze variances in revenue, expenses, and KPIs, and provide actionable insights.Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline and improve reporting processes.Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic decisions, operational improvements, and business cases.Assist in automating recurring reports using tools such as Power Query, SQL, or BI platforms.Qualifications
Required :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role.Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, dynamic formulas).Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Preferred :
Experience in healthcare, insurance, or related industry.Exposure to SQL, Power Query, Power BI, or similar data tools (or interest in learning).Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.Equal Employment Opportunity Policy Statement
