Job description
A company is looking for a Site Selection Manager to lead the procurement strategy for their US-focused data center portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct site due diligence to evaluate powered land and development sites for data center development
Maintain relationships with brokers, landowners, and developers to identify valid site opportunities
Lead commercial negotiations with landowners and developers for land acquisitions and leases
Required Qualifications
5+ years of real estate experience, particularly in data centers or industrial projects
Strong ability to assess the viability of land opportunities for data center development
Proven track record of closing large and complex real estate deals
Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Exceptional interpersonal skills to align stakeholders across diverse teams
