A company is looking for a Concierge Care Specialist responsible for onboarding and building corporate relationships with new retailers and instructors.

Key Responsibilities

Contact new retailers and instructors to assist with onboarding tasks

Build B2B relationships to ensure company growth and address issues

Maintain detailed records and generate data reports for management

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Must obtain a property & casualty insurance license within 90 days of employment

2+ years of customer service experience required

1+ year of contact center experience preferred

Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel

A high school diploma, associate degree, or some college preferred
