Biopharma Inventory Control Supervisor (2nd Shift)

The Opportunity :

Avantor is looking for a dedicated and hands on Inventory Control Supervisor (2nd Shift) to optimize our Biopharma team, delivering results against some of the most complex business and technology initiatives.

This role will be a full-time position based out of our Devens, MA facility. You will have the opportunity to set daily targets, work through cycle counts, and determine logistics for in and outbound materials. Work Schedule : 2nd Shift : Monday-Thursday, 3 : 45pm-2 : 15am

The Team :

Avantor's Fluid Handling team is part of our Lab and Production Services business unit. This team supports the innovation and growth objectives of major laboratories across the globe by helping with the integration of new technology solutions into their lab processes and operations.

What we're looking for :

• Education : High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience : 5+ years in warehouse / IC with 2+ years in a leadership capacity
• Collaboration Tool : Microsoft Teams experience is required
• Preferred Qualifications :
• Ability to navigate and sort through MS Excel
• Mathematical aptitude
• Ability to maintain and update inventory records
• Familiarity with warehouse and inventory management systems
• Cleanroom and ISO familiarity
