As the Site Strategy and Readiness Leader at our Madisonville Kentucky site you will drive a cohesive interdisciplinary strategy across our team and alongside the Turbine Airfoils Part Family strategy team. You will be accountable for FLIGHT DECK activation as it relates to overall site Readiness to meet the customer this role you will be a coach to your peers to problem solve objectively and challenge respectfully take your vision and apply it to the culture of the shop to ensure long term sustainment and also be responsible for growing a team to execute the integration of new and / or improved business systems.
