About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead the strategic positioning and growth of its brand within the real estate services ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the brand strategy, and visualization, and creating long-term growth strategies. This role requires an experienced B2B marketer with a strong background in enterprise accounts, capable of managing all business-to-business marketing activities and closely partnering with the sales organization. The Vice President of Marketing will be a hands-on generalist, skilled in various marketing disciplines, and will be expected to deliver tangible and impactful results. Key responsibilities include leading programs in brand strategy, client insights, customer segmentation, and innovation, as well as overseeing content creation, marketing campaigns, and multi-channel integrated marketing strategies. Applicants for the Vice President of Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant brand management or marketing experience, with at least 7 years in a leadership role. The role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to understand customer problems and the company's unique solutions, and to effectively communicate the value proposition.
