• 16 private rooms
• Ratios 1 : 6???1 : 7
• Patients primarily older adults with behavioral health needs
• Must be willing to float within scope???may float to Med / Surg as helping hands.
• RN must be able to draw blood and manage IVs.
• Interviews required.
