As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated manufacturing and industrial locations to help maintain a secure environment. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents, and you will be responsible for conducting routine patrols while remaining visible to staff and visitors. What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related irregularities encountered during patrols. Collaborate with site staff and Allied Universal management to address security-related issues as they arise. Complete written and / or electronic incident reports and logs as required by site-specific policies. Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with directions and site information while maintaining a professional presence. Remain visible and accessible throughout the patrol shift to help to deter unwanted activity. Minimum Requirements : Access control and / or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
