The Opportunity
We're hiring a Manufacturing Manager to lead all production operations and build a high-performing team. This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a production floor, eliminate inefficiencies, and create systems that scale. Your Responsibilities
- Daily production operations (manual and automated packing)

Lead Production Operations
Oversee manual seed packing, automated machine operations, and bulk productionDelegate daily tasks to the Machine Manager, Floor Supervisor, and support staffMonitor real-time progress and adjust resources to meet production targetsEnsure seamless coordination between teams to eliminate bottlenecksDrive Performance & Quality
Achieve 90%+ daily project completion rate through effective planning and executionMaintain 95%+ quality control standards across all production linesIdentify process inefficiencies and implement practical solutionsEnsure all orders ship on time with zero quality compromisesBuild & Develop Your Team
Manage 4 direct reports (Machine Manager, Floor Supervisor, Assistant Manager, Shipping Specialist)Coach team members on performance, accountability, and problem-solvingHandle day-to-day HR functions : coaching, feedback, conflict resolutionCreate a positive, productive work environment where people want to contributeCommunicate & Collaborate

What You Bring
Essential
2-4 years in production, manufacturing, or operations managementProven leadership of teams (10+ employees) in fast-paced environmentsProblem-solving mindset - you see bottlenecks and fix them without being askedStrong communication skills - you\'re comfortable giving feedback and holding people accountableHands-on approach - you lead from the floor, not from an officeOrganizational skills - you can juggle multiple priorities without dropping ballsPreferred (Not Required)
Experience in food, agricultural, or seed productionBackground with both manual and automated manufacturing operationsFamiliarity with Google Workspace, inventory systems, or production tracking toolsExperience implementing process improvements or lean manufacturing principlesWhat Matters Most
