Assembly Line Technician
Join our dynamic team at a shock assembly plant, where we manufacture shocks used in a variety of Polaris equipment including ATVs, snowmobiles, side by sides, and motorcycles. This role involves working on a production line using hand and power tools to assemble shocks based on written work instructions. The assembly process is straightforward but requires meeting daily quotas in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assemble shocks on a production line following written work instructions.
Utilize hand and power tools for assembly tasks.
Meet daily production quotas in a fast-paced environment.
Lift and handle components weighing up to 50 pounds.
Essential Skills
Experience in assembly, production, or general labor.
Proficiency with hand and power tools.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
Capability to work overtime regularly.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, energy, or automotive sectors is beneficial.
Familiarity with mechanical assembly and using a tape measure is advantageous.

Work Environment
Work on a production line at long metal table stations in close quarters. The facility is very hot, with fans provided for ventilation due to the use of power tools. Dress appropriately for a manufacturing environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
