Description
TheAnalyst II, Capital Markets gathers, analyzes and interprets product data in areas such as budgets, financial planning / forecasting and cash flow projections, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Primary Responsibilities :
- Perform data manipulation, validation and analysis activities to improve efficiencies and identify opportunities in product profitability and performance
- Analyze product strategies to support profitability and business plan goals
- Coordinate and organize projects and processes that deliver business plan goals
- Build and maintain cash flow and other financial models, providing analysis and insights as required
- Assist with the building and mapping of databases related to loan purchase programs
- Prepare, deliver and / or present reports, analyses and results for senior leadership, committees, andother business units
- Draft and maintain documentation of procedures for producing reports
Experience and Education Requirement :
Minimum Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance ispreferredMinimum 3 years' experience in a data analyst role, preferably in the financial services industryWorking knowledge of financial statements, fixed income securities, total return concepts, economic data and the impact to capital marketsAbility to anticipate needs and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high-volume peaks while producing high-quality workExcellent verbal and written communication skills; able to express ideas concisely and logically to all levelsStrong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skillsProficiency with a data visualization / dashboarding tool (such as Tableau) is preferredStrong knowledge of analytical / quantitative tools and databases (such as SQL, SAS, Python, R)Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; advanced knowledge of ExcelCertification / License : N / ALocation : Hillsboro Corporate Office - Hillsboro, OR 97124 (HYBRID) Target Compensation in Hillsboro, OR : $74,000 - $81,000 + annual bonus Benefits options include :
