CNC Operator – Saukville, Wisconsin

Our client, a trusted manufacturing facility in Saukville, WI, is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join their team on 2nd shift. This company values trust, teamwork, and innovation, and is looking for a detail-oriented operator to help produce high-quality parts while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities of the CNC Operator :

• Read and interpret verbal instructions, drawings, blueprints, sketches, work tickets, and nesting reports
• Set up, adjust, and operate plasma cutting machines per job ticket specifications
• Grind, de-burr, and ream edges and holes as required
• Select raw materials per job ticket instructions
• Use an overhead crane to position materials on the machine table
• Perform preventative maintenance and cleaning on machines as required
• Report abnormal equipment conditions to supervision promptly
• Follow all safety rules and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Read and use a tape measure and metal thickness gauge accurately
• Operate additional equipment such as a metal band saw or ironworker when needed

CNC Operator Requirements and Qualifications :

Pay for CNC Operator : $21.00 / hour

CNC Operator Benefits :

Type : 2nd Shift, Full-time

Schedule : Monday – Thursday

Hours : 3 : 00pm – 1 : 00am
