Position Summary :

The Selling District Sales Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining a sales territory, while learning State Chemical's sales process. Responsible for learning the sales process and product knowledge, using company training tools. During this period the Selling DSM will learn account development and territory planning. Once the Selling DSM meets agreed upon goals for new territory growth, you will be responsible to hire an account manager to take over the new territory while assuming the full role of District Sales Manager. The Selling District Sales Manager will report to the Regional Sales Manager.
