We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst that will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy of our organization. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis, preparing reports, and providing strategic recommendations to senior management. Your expertise will help drive decision-making processes and enhance our financial performance.

Essential Functions

• Creates queries to gather data that will then be used to develop analytical and statistical models and reports to help leadership make informed business decisions to improve clinical workflow and effectiveness.
• Assists in financial analysis for strategic decisions involving all aspects of Aqua Dermatology; monitors budget and forecast performance and variance and initiates corrective action.
• Assists in developing key performance indicators (KPIs) that are critical to meeting established goals and objectives and monitor business unit/functional performance against the established KPIs.
• Assists in preparing financial reports such as collection/charge/revenue analysis, as well as any other reporting as needed and meeting deadlines.
• Computes monthly provider compensation accurately and adhering to deadlines to ensure providers are paid and related reporting is delivered.
• Produce timely and meaningful analysis and data interpretation regarding large and complex health care related datasets.
• Conducts research and ad-hoc analysis to support company goals. Prepares financial reports, charts, tables, and other exhibits as requested.
• Supports the annual budget and periodic forecast process.

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Must have advanced MS Excel skills
• Thorough understanding of GAAP
• Forecasting and/or budgeting experience
• Independent worker and analytical thinker with ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve complex problems
• Strong quantitative skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills
• Healthcare and/or multi-entity background is a plus
• In depth experience with Workday Adaptive Planning is a plus
