Job Description

The Echo Sonographer will be responsible for performing diagnostic echocardiograms in a clinical setting. The position requires interaction with patients in a variety of age groups, including adults, geriatrics, and pediatrics. The successful candidate will demonstrate competency in adult echo, stress echo, and transesophageal echocardiography (TEE).

Responsibilities

  • Perform echocardiograms, including adult echo and stress echo.
  • Assist in transesophageal echocardiography procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of echocardiograms performed.

    • Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

  • Must have ARDMS or CCI certification.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in echocardiography.
  • Experience in pediatric echocardiography and TAVR / Watchman procedures is preferred.
