Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development : Develop a book of business by actively prospecting, cold calling, networking, and building relationships within the community.
• Insurance Solutions : Identify customer needs and present tailored insurance products, including auto, home, life, and business insurance solutions.
• Client Management : Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing excellent customer service and timely follow-ups.
• Training & Mentorship : Participate in a comprehensive training program and receive one-on-one mentorship from an experienced Farmers Insurance Agent.
• Marketing : Implement marketing strategies to build brand awareness and attract potential clients.
• Agency Operations : Assist in daily agency operations, including policy servicing, quoting, and customer inquiries.
