Seasoned BMW Automotive Technicians (6YR+ EXP REQ)

Pay : $120,000 – $149,000+ per year (based on experience)

Location : Capitol Heights, MD

Job Type : Full-time, 4-day workweek! 4x10's, every week.

Who We’re Looking For

An A-level BMW Technician (or highly productive B-level) with 6+ years professional experience

Strong diagnostic skills and confidence working on BMW / MINI, including factory Xentry knowledge

Experience to take on any BMW job that rolls in the door, from brakes to timing chains

Ability to use voltmeters, amp clamps, wiring diagrams, and adapt to new scan tools quickly

Meticulous attention to detail—every harness, every bolt where it belongs

A positive, team-oriented attitude with passion for both the craft and your free time

Other BMW / European brand experience is a big plus.

What You’ll Do

Diagnose and repair BMW vehicles with precision

Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and document work accurately

Use scan tools ( Xentry, ISTA , iSCAN, Autel, AutoLogic, etc.) and scopes (PICO a plus)

Collaborate with teammates and uphold high repair standards

Commit to mastering your craft with ongoing training
