Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Manager with 7-10 years of experience in data & analytics, ideally with training at a Top 5 consultancy and deep exposure to retail and manufacturing supply chain operations. This is a global role, requiring the ability to collaborate across regions, particularly in Asia (Taiwan) and Europe, to ensure that solutions are scalable and responsive to regional business needs.

The Senior BI Manager will guide a small team of BI developers and analysts, mentor junior members, and collaborate hands-on with Data & Analytics Architects and Data Scientists to design scalable solutions in modern data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake. Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred, as communication across global teams and business leaders is a critical part of the role.

The Senior BI Manager will lead the translation of global business needs into scalable data solutions that drive operational efficiency, supply chain visibility, and revenue growth. The role combines strategic leadership, hands-on BI development, and mentoring of junior team members.
