About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Director for Member Success to lead a mission-driven team dedicated to enhancing the college admissions process. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality experience for all members, from implementation to ongoing support. This role involves crafting and implementing a comprehensive member services strategy, managing external engagement initiatives, and overseeing the launch of new products in collaboration with internal teams. The Senior Director will also be tasked with leading three teams : Member Implementation, Member Operations, and Member Services, and must be adept at managing digital education products, preferably in the higher education market.
Applicants for the Senior Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or a combination of education and experience, with at least 7 years' in business acquisition and leadership. A minimum of 10 years' in account management, customer service, and operations, with a focus on knowledge management and communications, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading large-scale projects and managing teams, as well as the ability to use data to drive operational efficiency. Strong communication, organizational, and management skills are essential, as is the ability to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Salesforce, or related software is necessary, and a passion for higher education is a plus.
